At Imperial Oud, our commitment is to swiftly pack and dispatch your items within 24 hours, reaching you within 2 - 3 business days. Kindly note that in rare unforeseen occasions such as inclement weather may cause slight delays, we appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

After placing an order, you will promptly receive an "Order Confirmation" via E-Mail or text message, depending on your chosen communication method at checkout. Subsequently, upon packaging and dispatch of your items, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, accompanied by a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your order either through Royal Mail Tracking or via our dedicated tracking support located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Returns
We understand that your satisfaction is paramount, and we want you to be delighted with your Imperial Oud experience. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have days from receiving your item to request a return.
 
If you happen to receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, no worries! Simply return it to us, and we'll swiftly take care of the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we'll either replace the item (subject to availability) or provide you with a full refund. The replacement will be dispatched or refund processed promptly upon receiving the returned item from you.
Additionally, we require proof of purchase, such as the receipt, to facilitate the return process. Please be mindful that items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
For a swift and seamless experience in getting what you wish, begin by requesting a return through our "Contact us", please ensure to include your order reference number to facilitate a swift response.. Once the return is confirmed, proceed with a separate purchase for the new item, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient process.

Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and checked your return, providing details on whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process may vary.
